Supporting the Launch Team

There are three major ways you can support the UA Launch Team, even if you can't directly participate.

• Prayer-Any time there's a move to plant a church, the forces of darkness will want to stop it. Satan will use misunderstandings within and without, personality clashes, and all manner of mishaps to frustrate the invasion of his territory. Let's face it: a new church with a leading and a direction from God means people will be positively reached and affected for Christ! The best service you can provide is to gather and pray for the success of this new plant. Please email us and let us know that you are gathering and interceding on our behalf. This will give us needed encouragement.
• Finance-The budget for a new church plant includes rents, legal expenses, publishing costs, advertising, equipment purchase, and staff support that easily runs into tens of thousands of dollars. Much of this amount must be raised before serious forward movement can begin. That is why your one-time offerings or regular tithes are needed. UA Christian Assembly has already achieved non-profit organizational status, meaning that all donations are legally tax-exempt. We hope to achieve financial independence later in 2009. In the meantime, your interim contributions will help ensure that we survive to make it there. Checks should be made out to Upper Arlington Christian Assembly. • Referrals-Perhaps you can share our burden with someone else, who also could financially or spiritually participate in the planting of the church.
